Terms & Conditions
1. Custom Orders
All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.
Design changes requested after confirmation may result in additional costs and/or production delays.
We reserve the right to decline customization requests that are unreasonable, unclear, or outside the scope of our capabilities.
2. Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production on all custom furniture orders.
The remaining balance is due in full at the time of pickup.
We accept eTransfer, cash, or certified cheque.
3. Project Timelines
As a small workshop, estimated completion times are approximate and may vary due to workload, equipment, materials, or other factors beyond our control. Specific delivery dates are not guaranteed, though significant delays will be communicated. Our priority is quality craftsmanship over strict deadlines.
4. Pickup & Delivery
We’ll contact you as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
Finished items must be picked up within 30 days of that notification.
If your item is not picked up within 30 days, we may sell it to another customer to free up space in our shop.
If that happens and you still want your piece, we’ll be happy to apply your deposit to remake it for you at no additional labour cost. However:
The remake will be placed back into our production queue with a new completion timeline.
This offer is valid for up to 12 months from the original completion date.
If material costs have increased or become unavailable, additional charges may apply to reflect the current cost of materials.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Once you place your order and pay the 50% deposit, all sales are final
6. Warranty & Liability
Our furniture is handmade from natural wood, so variations in grain, colour, and finish are part of its beauty, not defects.
Wood can react to sunlight, extreme humidity, and temperature, which may cause cracking or warping. These natural changes aren’t covered by our warranty.
We offer a 1-year limited warranty on the build quality of your piece.
The warranty doesn’t cover damage from misuse, weather, neglect, excessively dry or humid conditions, or normal wear and tear.
Once your furniture leaves our shop, we aren’t responsible for damage from everyday use.
